Repeat Prescriptions
You can request your repeat medication by indicating the items you require on the tear-off slip of your prescription, and posting it to us or handing it in at the practice reception.
If you enclose a stamped self-addressed envelope we will post your prescription to you.
Alternatively, you can order your repeat prescription via this website by simply following the link above and filling in the details appropriately.
Non-urgent advice: Patient Notice
Please remember that we require at least 3 working days to process medication requests, however ideally, we request that you order your medication 7 days before it is due to avoid delay.
You can do this online or via the post-box in surgery. Thank you for your understanding.
Electronic Prescribing Service
This practice is set up for the electronic prescription service.
This means that for most patients we can send your prescription to your chosen chemist directly saving you having to come down to the surgery.
To get your prescription sent to your chosen pharmacy you will have to ask reception to sign up.
